- Cancellation by us: If we cancel a coaching session and cannot reschedule it at a suitable time.
- Coaching quality: If the coaching quality is significantly below expected professional standards.

- Change of mind: Simply changing your mind after purchase does not qualify you for a refund.
- Account ban after warranty: If the account is banned or reclaimed after the warranty period expires.
